Education

stream table demo

The Ortonville Area staff are happy to give presentations to school groups, sportsman's clubs, or any local group interested in learning more about the aquatic environment. Anyone interested should contact the Ortonville office.

One unique learning tool we have is a stream simulation table. It is a model that shows how streams and rivers behave, and how riparian land use can affect the health of our streams.
