2013 Minnesota State Fair Heat Beat

The high temperature during the 2013 Minnesota State Fair reached or exceeded 90 degrees a record six times. Previously, four different years (1922, 1931, 1960, and 1991) shared the record, each with five days of 90 F or higher. As tracked by the average daily maximum (or high) temperature, the 2013 State Fair was the third hottest on record.
