Bernice Cramblit and Christine Drassal provide clerical communication service to the Division of Ecological Resources.

Specific clerical communication services provided include:

  • the first face-to-face contact with visitors to Eco
  • distributing section information and brochures
  • telephone messaging
  • personnel directory management
  • initial response to questions from the public
  • inter-office, fax-mail, US Postal, and express-mail services
  • organizing large program mailings and mailing lists
  • creating meeting notes and records
  • typing specific reports and letters
  • database updating and management
  • informal information center for Division happenings
