To use the database, simply select what you want from the drop down menus. For example, you would first select the Activity Guide you want to look through, then select the grade level you're teaching and finally the strand you're looking for in the standards.
Click "go" and a list of activities that fits those descriptions will show up in the box below. If you scroll the cursor over the activity you're looking at, a pop-up box will appear and list all of the Minnesota academic benchmarks this activity addresses. If you click on the activity title itself, a window will open listing all the activity correlations details.
As you use the database you will notice a column marked Level of Correlation. Simply click on that heading for a description of how the benchmarks are noted to indicate how thoroughly each activity addresses the relevant benchmarks.
