Records Management Study (Jan. 2013)

We are exceedingly pleased with the vendor responses we received for our RFP. Due to the thorough vendor responses we have revised the timelines published with the RFP. It is our intention to give our evaluation team sufficient time to adequately review the vendor responses so that the best possible recommendations are made. With this revised timeline, accommodations were made - for staff and vendors - to schedule around, Thanksgiving, the December holiday season and New Year holiday.

Week of January 6th, 2013 Vendor Demonstrations
January 23, 2014 Best & Final Offers Solicited
January 30, 2014 Deadline for Best & Final Offers
February 13, 2014 Tentative Selection Made/Negotiations Begin
March 6, 2014 Negotiations Complete
March 21, 2014 Contract Executed/Work Begins
