Winter conditions continue in Minnesota. Wind chill advisories will be in effect in northern MN from 1900 this evening until 1000 Tuesday, with wind chills -35 or lower. Accumulating snow is expected in southern MN while central MN will have wind shills near -25. MN-CPF totals are adjusted to reflect actual Rx burns completed.
