Description:

Acquire 45.8 acres of environmentally sensitive land along the Minnesota River Bluff to increase the city's ownership at this nature preserve to 115 acres. Contains dry prairie, oak savanna/woodland and lowland hardwoods. This area is open to the public and has a network of trails for nature study and passive recreation.
