Caponi Art Park

Description:

Caponi Art Park is 60 acres adjacent to the 114 acre Patrick Eagan Park. The park is maintained and operated in partnership with the Caponi Art Park Non-Profit Corporation. The park has an internal trail system throughout the natural area and connects with the trail system in Patrick Eagan Park and the Regional Trail system along Diffley Road. One Natural and Scenic Area Grant and one Remediation Fund grant was awarded to help acquire 30 acres of the Art Park containing woods, ravines, and about half of the shoreland along Quigley Lake. The park is a key part of the Eagan Greenway Corridor natural area.
