Boat and Water Funds
This rule repeal was approved by Administrative Law Judge James LaFave on October 18, 2012, and filed with the Secretary of State on October 19, 2012.
A notice of adoption will be published in the State Register on November 5, 2012, and become effective on November 13, 2012.
Repeal of obsolete rule relating to separate accounts in each county for boat and water funds.
Deadline for comments is August 31, 2012.
