Electronic Licensing Rules
Notice of Intent to Adopt Rules
The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (MN DNR) is intending to adopt the proposed revisions to the electronic licensing rules, Minnesota Rules, 6213.0100 to 6213.0800.
The MN DNR is accepting written requests to hold a public hearing pertaining to the rules. Interested individuals may submit a written request for a public hearing to the contact below by 4:30 p.m. on December 31, 2009.
The proposed revisions to the rules cover a variety of areas pertaining to the sales of game and fish licenses through the Electronic License System including:
