Wolf / Game Farm rules

The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is proposing changes to Minnesota Rules, Chapter 6234 under the process prescribed by Minn. Stat, sec. 14.388 clause (3), to incorporate specific changes set forth in law. The legislature specifically authorized the use of the good cause exemption for the proposed changes to chapter 6133, 6234 and 6242.

In accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 14.388, subdivision 2, the notice below is being sent to all persons who have registered their name with the agency. 

All interested persons have five business days after the date of the notice to submit comments to the Office of Administrative Hearings at rulecomments@state.mn.us or 600 North Robert Street, P.O. Box 64620, St. Paul, Minnesota 55164-0620.
