Ham Lake is a typical largemouth bass - bluegill - northern pike lake with fair water quality. Northern pike were sampled in above average abundance. The average size sampled was 21.04 inches and weighed 1.94 pounds. Largemough bass were found in average abundance. The bluegill population is also average. The most common size sampled was 5.16 inches and weighed 0.12 pounds. Black crappie were found in below average numbers and size. Yellow bullhead are plentiful and many are of sizes anglers prefer.
