Trail location map From Akeley, take Hwy. 64 north 5.6 miles. Then turn left on Blue Trail/Steamboat Trail.

Found in the Paul Bunyan State Forest in northern Minnesota, these trails are made up of multiple loops, providing miles of single-track OHM trails including tight, wooded technical trails for more experienced riders and miles of smooth trails for beginners. Plan at least a day to ride and explore. The trails are provided by Hubbard County and maintained by Paul Bunyan Forest Riders Motorcycle Club.

When open


OPEN - Except Logging activity will be impacting the OHM between highway 64 and the Parkway Forest road in the Lester Lake snowmobile trail area. A portion of the Martineau trail will be closed with an alternate route on the Lester Lake trail provided. This detour will be sharing the treadway with logging traffic, be cautious.
