The Schoolcraft ATV/OHM 29.2 mile Trail system is a combination of state forest roads, county forest roads and township, county and state road rights-of-way. It provides enthusiasts with the opportunity to enjoy the diverse flora and fauna within county managed forest lands and Paul Bunyan State Forest. The trails provide connections to services in Lake George and Emmaville, and access the Paul Bunyan State Forest. This trail connects with the Forest Riders ATV Trail in Lake George.

This trail is open to Class I & Class II ATVs and OHMs from May 1st to November 1st annually, subject to temporary closure should conditions warrant. This same route also serves as a designated GIA snowmobile trail from December 1st to April 1st each year. The trail traverses the Schoolcraft Game Refuge on existing vehicular travel routes. The trail will share the forest roads, or be located in the bottom, benched into the slope, or on extreme edges or ditches of Hubbard County roads.
