If you encounter any of the rare species included in the Guide or are aware of previous observations, please document the occurrence by filling out a Rare Feature Reporting Form This is a PDF file. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to download it. . Be as specific as you can and provide detailed information about the species' location. If possible, include a photograph and a map. Send the form and any supporting materials to:
