When Minnesota DNR Conservation officers spot a child wearing their life jacket, (officer hand a child a gift certificate to Dairy Queen) they'll give them a certificate for a free small cone or cheeseburger from a participating Dairy Queen restaurant. (Child shown redeeming the certificate at a Dairy Queen restaurant).
