Seasonal Update

Water: Water is available at the park office during the spring

Drinking Water: Drinking water will be available at the picnic area , campground , and RV dump station on May 10 , 2013

Bathroom Facilities: Flush toilets will open at the campground on May 10 , 2013

Showers: Campground showers will open on May 10 , 2013. Facilities are wheelchair accessible.

Dump Station: The RV dump staion will open on May 10 , 2013

Campgrounds: Camping is available during the spring of 2013 . Three electric and 3 non-electic sites are available . In 2013 , camping will be available through October 20 , 2013 . The park also has one camper cabin available for rent through October 20 , 2013 . When making a reservation online, please include the total length of your vehicle and trailer.

Electric Sites: Eleven electric site are available during late spring/summer and fall . Three electric sites are available for winter camping.

Special Notes for RV Campers: RV pads available. When making a reservation online, please include the total length of your vehicle and trailer.

Reservations: Recommened for weekends and electric sites .

Fall/Spring: Saturday - Monday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.; Tuesday - Thursday, Intermittent ; Friday 10 a.m - 4 p.m.

Winter: Friday - Monday, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.; Tuesday - Thursday, Intermittent

Summer: Daily, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. If no one is available, please leave a message.

Trail Notes:

Summer: Park has 17 miles of hiking trail and nearly 2 miles of self-guided trail. Park has .1 mile of wheelchair accessible trail.

Winter: 11 miles of groomed (easy) cross-country ski trail, 4 miles of snowmobile trail (snowmobile parking is available at designated site at the Banning Junction restaurant) and 1/2 mile of winter hiking trail. Snowshoeing is permitted anywhere in the park except on groomed ski trails.

Season Rentals: None

Naturalist Programs and Park Tours: There will be a naturalist program most weekends in the summer.
