Seasonal Update

Water: Water is off for the season.

Drinking Water: Water is available for the season outside the NE corner of the office.

Bathroom Facilities: Bathroom facilities are closed for the season.

Showers: Showers are closed for the season.

Dump Station: Dump station is closed for the season.

Campgrounds: Camping is available. In 2013, camping will be available through October 20th.

Electric Sites: Park has 12 electric campsites.

Reservations: Recommended for holidays and weekends. Reservations not needed October 1 - May 1.

Contact Notes: Best time to contact the park:

Daily: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Friday & Saturday, Memorial Day - Labor Day: 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.

Trail Notes: Hiking trails are useable now. The park maintains 18 miles of hiking trails and 1/3 mile wheelchair accessible trail during the regular camping season. During winter 6 miles of cross-country ski trails are available. The picnic shelter provides a place to warm up with a wood-burning stove.

Season Rentals: Canoe rentals and picnic shelter are available for rent.
