Park has full-range of trails from easy to moderate to challenging. Trails will take you through forested areas, along the bluff edge, through wooded ravines, across old fields and restored prairies, and through wetland riverine forests...a variety of landscapes. Wildflowers in spring as well as prairie flowers can be seen along the trails.

The park has an 800-foot boardwalk that goes through a wetland riverine forest area.

Easy to challenging trails. Trails are groomed in winter. Warming houses are located at the two trail heads.
