Cart-in Sites

22 sites

Campsites are located in wooded area from 200 to 1,200 feet from parking area. Wheeled carts are available to campers to bring gear from parking area to campsites. Carts are free. No vehicular traffic in campground.

Canoe Sites

3 sites

Sites are located on northeast shore of Annie Battle Lake and offer access to the lake. Can also hike or bike to sites.

Group Camp

1 Site - Accommodates up to 40 people

Site is located on shaded knoll along creek between Molly Stark and Annie Battle Lakes. Short walking distance from swimming beach, fishing pier, picnic shelter, and the Annie Battle Lake Trail. 4 fire rings and 4 picnic tables. Hand pump for water and vault toilet are available. Tents only.


Camper Cabins

4 cabins

Each camper cabin has electricity and a propane 'fireplace,' and is available Thursday through Sunday in the winter, and daily from April through October.
Cabin 1 is wheelchair accessible and sleeps 5; the other cabins sleep 6. Pets not allowed. More information on camper cabins.


2 yurts, located along Annie Battle Lake

Two yurts - Eagle and Osprey - are open Thursday through Sunday in the winter, and daily from April through October. Access to both yurts is canoe-in from the lake, or bike-in or hike-in along the Annie Battle Lake Trail; neither yurt is accessible by vehicle.

Heating firewood is provided at no charge for the indoor woodstoves during the winter months. Help prevent the spread of tree-killing insects by burning only approved firewood, available at all Minnesota State Parks.

There is no electricity in either yurt, and pets, open flames, and cooking are not allowed inside the yurts. Osprey accommodates 3 people, and Eagle can accommodate 7.
