2010 Master Planning Process
The Cooperative Master Plan
(4.35 MB) development process included three public input opportunities:
- An early public input questionnaire, to which more than 2,900 people responded. See the early public input summary (323 KB).
- A 30-day public review period for the draft plan (Nov 22 - Dec 22, 2010), which included two public open houses and an online public input tool.
- Recommendations to the Commissioner were made by a Citizens Advisory Committee, which met six times between June and November 2010:
