Reservation/cancellation information
Make a Reservation
Online – reservations can be made 24 hours a day, except for the first day a reservation becomes available. On that first day, reservations can be made online at 8 a.m.
Phone – reservations can be made by phone, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week.

Fees and Deposits
- A deposit of up to two nights’ lodging cost is charged when a reservation is made. A non-refundable $8.50 reservation fee is included in the deposit. Any remaining balance due will be paid at the park upon arrival.

Cancellation
To cancel your reservation, call 1-866-85PARKS or log onto your account online at stayatmnparks.com. There is a $10 cancellation fee. Please note also that the $8.50 reservation fee is non-refundable.
- Cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival
A $10 cancellation fee is charged and the initial deposit (minus the cancellation fee and the $8.50 reservation fee) is refunded. - Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival but more than 14 days prior to arrival
A refund of 50% of the deposit, (minus the $10 cancellation fee and the $8.50 reservation fee) is refunded. - Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival but more than 2 days prior to arrival
A refund of 25% of the deposit, (minus the $10 cancellation fee and the $8.50 reservation fee) is refunded. - Cancellation less than 2 days prior to arrivalThere will be no refund.
Additional Information
- Lodging reservations are valid until 8 p.m. the date of your arrival. If you will be delayed, call the park to avoid losing your reservation.
