Picnic area is wheelchair accessible.
Picnic Shelter	Open or enclosed shelter
The shelter is located in the picnic area and can be used open or enclosed. Wheelchair accessible, and has electricity. Use of the shelter is first-come, first-served, or it can be reserved for $35 per day by contacting the park.

Swings, climbing equipment, slide, and sand play area.
Canoe Access	At the boat launch area
Because Rice Lake is so shallow, canoe and kayaks are preferred for boating.

Three courses within ten miles.

Warming House	Boat ramp parking area
This area is the winter trail head. Warming house is opened in the fall for hunting season and remains open throughout the winter.

Water Source	Rice Lake
Rice Lake is a designated waterfowl lake. It is very shallow. Waterfowl hunting is allowed, but only from on the lake.
Fishing	Nearby Lake Kohlmeier
Rice Lake does not contain any game fish, but there is good fishing in Lake Kohlmeier, ten miles outside the park. Lake Kohlmeier has boat rentals, shore and dock fishing, and a swimming beach.

Rice Lake is very shallow.
