Rice Lake is a designated waterfowl lake. It is very shallow. Waterfowl hunting is allowed, but only from on the lake. | |

Rice Lake does not contain any game fish, but there is good fishing in Lake Kohlmeier, ten miles outside the park. Lake Kohlmeier has boat rentals, shore and dock fishing, and a swimming beach. | |
