Seasonal Update

Water: The water has been turned on for the season.

Drinking Water: Drinking water has been turned on for the season.

Bathroom Facilities: The shower and bathroom facility is open for the season. Vault toilets in the park are available year-round.

Showers: The shower building is open for the season. Facilities are wheelchair accessible.

Dump Station: Dumping station is open for the season.

Campgrounds: The campground is open for the season. The normal campground season is April 1 through October 20.

Electric Sites: Park has 19 electric sites.

Reservations: Recommended for holidays and weekends during the regular camping season.

Memorial Weekend - Labor Day: Daily, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Fall & Winter: Office hours vary. Please contact Blue Mounds State Park at 507-283-1307 for information.

Trail Notes: Park has 4.5 miles of hiking trail. In winter, snowshoeing is permitted anywhere in the park. Cross-country skiing is available in the park but trails are not groomed. The park has a sliding hill open for use in winter however the road to the sliding hill may not be plowed. Call ahead.

Season Rentals: Boat, paddleboat and canoe rentals are closed for the season.
