Use the interface icons to navigate the map and get information about specific features. When an icon is active, it will be highlighted in maroon. |

|
Minnesota icon - Click on this icon to show the entire state. |
Pan tool - Use to center the map on a new point. Click on the pan tool, then click a spot on the map which you want to have as the new center of the map. |

Zoom in tool - Use to zoom in on map. Click the zoom in tool, then click a spot on the map on which to zoom in. |
Zoom out tool - Use to zoom out on the map. Click the zoom in tool, then click a spot on the map from which to zoom out. |

Information tool - Use to get to more information about the watershed on your map. Click inside any watershed to get a table of summary information. Click on point features to display information about that feature. Click directly on a lake, water quality or gaging station, or public land to open the associated web page. |
Help tool - Use to get to the How to Use the Watershed Assessment Map page

Refresh tool - Use to redraw the map image to display a new data layer

Find Place - Use to get map of a location, such as a city, lake, county
Layer Information - Use to list data layers, link to watershed health concepts, view metadata
Measure - Use to find distances between points you draw (in meters)
Area - Use to find area of a shape you draw (in square meters)
Print - Use to open a print window to view and print current map display with legend
