Adopt-A-Dumpster Program

The Adopt-A-Dumpster program allowed individuals and groups to sponsor sites to help hunters properly dispose of deer remains and comply with deer carcass movement restrictions during the 2019 deer hunting season.

About the program

The DNR's chronic wasting disease Adopt-A-Dumpster Program was created by the 2019 Minnesota Legislature to help hunters comply with carcass movement restrictions and minimize the spread of chronic wasting disease.
