Photos from a field day on June 20, 2013 at TNC's Hole in the Mountain Preserve and a nearby privately-owned pasture. This workshop was led by Robert Dana and Fred Harris, both MBS staff. About 14 people attended. The day started with compiling a relevé vegetation plot. The remainder of the day was focused on identifying plants and evaluating the condition of outstanding ungrazed prairie, high quality prairie in conservation grazing, and prairie in a privately owned pasture. There was an enthusiastic, positive response to these workshops and more will be organized in the future.
