What will this rulemaking do?
The proposed good cause exemption adds an additional media allowance for stamp design standards in Minnesota Rules, part 6290.0400.

Also, each person submitting an entry must list all media used to create the entry. The rule change still requires all entries to be one-of-a-kind original works of art created by the person submitting the contest entry.
Who might be affected by this rulemaking?
Artists considering stamp entry contest submission.
