Soo Line North Trail: Aitkin County

Soo Line North Trail: Aitkin County

The Soo Line North enters Aitkin county near Lawler and continues through Shovel Lake. Following an abandoned railroad grade, the Soo Line North Trail is relatively flat with gentle, sweeping curves and travels through hardwood forests dotted with ponds. Many communities along the trail are ATV/OHM-friendly, allowing travel on posted roads within city limits. Riders will find connections to the Rabey Line Trail, Blind Lake Connector and Loop, the Hill City Trail and Lawler Loops.

This section of the Soo Line North Trail is provided and maintained by Aitkin County and local ATV Clubs.
