Logical ConsistencyData are topologically correct using ARC/INFO 7.1.1.
Horizontal Positional AccuracyN.A.
Vertical Positional AccuracyN.A.
LineageA 1:63,360 template showing static water elevation and elevation at the top of the aquifer for County Well Index wells was created in ARCPLOT, and plotted on paper.
Moira Campion drew a line separating confined from unconfined conditions on this template. This line is the boundary between well locations which have a static water elevation HIGHER than the elevation at the top of the aquifer (confined condition) and well locations which have a static water elevation LOWER then the elevation at the top of the aquifer (unconfined condition).
Source Scale Denominator63,360
