Lineage | Spring locations from the Wabasha CGA C14 Part A shapefile (sppt.shp - spring locations layer MGS Part A.) that were sampled for chemical analysis. Data include springs sampled by Department of Geology and Geophysics, University of Minnesota and by DNR Hydrologists. Chemical analysis was done by the Department of Geology and Geophysics, University of Minnesota. Tritium analysis was done by the Environmental Isotope Laboratory, Department of Earth Sciences, University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. Sampled springs were selected to provide adequate spatial and aquifer coverage within budgetary constraints. The data were transferred to the GIS specialist as an ArcView shapefile. |
