Lineage | This polyline file contains the potentiometric contours of two aquifers: the Jordan aquifer, and the combined St. Lawrence, Franconia, and Ironton-Galesville aquifers. Static water elevations from driller's logs in the County Well Index (CWI) and water level measurements by DNR hydrologists during water sampling were combined to create the contour files. The potentiometric contours were initially created using ANUDEM software (Hutchinson, 1996). Hand drawn modifications were done by the DNR Hydrogeologist to incorporate topographic and flowpath information into the contour model. |
