Minnesota State Water Trails Condition Reporting

Please use this form to report any obstructions on Water Trails or issues with Water Trail facilities. 

If you would like to be notified of any changes in the status of the condition you reported, please include your contact information below.  We will address reports to the best of our ability. However, due to limited resources, we may not be able to address all condition reports. 

This survey is only for designated Minnesota State Water Trails. If you wish to comment on issues on other Minnesota waterways, please call the DNR Information Line at (651) 296-6157 or (800) 657-3929 or use the DNR Office Locator page to find contact information for the Parks and Trails office nearest to the Water Trail.

The DNR attempts to maintain a 10' wide navigable channel through each of the Water Trails. Please let us know about any obstruction or other issue that prohibits safe navigation.
