This lake is located west of Highway 61 and north of County Road C in Maplewood.
Walleye: lower than average abundance, average size.
Bluegill: higher than average abundance, average size.
Crappie: lower than average abundance, average size.
Bullhead species: lower than average abundance, average size.
Anglers must access this lake by traveling up a shallow channel from Lake Gervais.
No shore fishing is available on this lake.

This lake contains Eurasian water milfoil. Remove any visible plant material from your boat, boat trailer and other boating equipment before leaving the access area.
Kohlman Lake is a shallow, weedy lake with a small area of open water in the center of the lake. Carp are abundant here in the summer, and this lake is thought to be the major carp nursery area for the entire chain of lakes Kolman is part of. Angling is limited to fishing for bluegill in the open water area.
