Comments: This clear, shallow lake is best fished in spring or fall when there are fewer underwater plants near the shore to get in the way. From June through September it's usually too weedy to fish. In the summer, you'll need to cast far to reach the deep water off shore. Use new, 4-pound-test line to increase your casting distance.
