Horizontal 3/8" x 8" spike in the notched SW base of a 1.6' basswood, the largest of a 4-trunk basswood cluster, 15' SW of the access road at a point just before you enter the turnaround/parking area for primitive access, at the padlocked Wildlife Management Area, off Homestead Ave N, Hugo, on the east side of the lake.

Description: Horizontal 3/8" x 8" spike, 1.6' abv grd, in SW side of 1.3' basswood, second largest trunk (closest to boardwalk/dock) of a 4-trunk basswood cluster, at the immediate south edge of the access road, where the road widens into the primitive access turnaround adjacent to boardwalk/dock, at the padlocked Wildlife Management Area, off Homestead Ave N, Hugo, on the east side of the lake. Spike is in same tree as 926.40 benchmark.
