Image use guidelines

We sincerely thank the many photographers and illustrators who have made their images available for use in the Rare Species Guide.

Any image and illustration with a MN DNR copyright may be freely downloaded and used for non-commercial, educational purposes. However, the copyright symbol and appropriate photographer's credit must accompany any use of the image. This advance permission does not extend to image use for commercial purposes.

Permission to use images and illustrations with a non MN DNR copyright is not granted and must be negotiated directly with the individual copyright holder.
