School Forest
Submit a School Forest Application
Be sure to review all the information provided in the Become A School Forest section of this website. Contact the School Forest Program Manager before submitting an application.
Include the following items when you submit your paperwork for application to the School Forest Program:
- Completed application form
- Copy of Property Deed
- Legal description of designated land
- Map of area
- School Board Resolution
If you have difficulty obtaining any of the items listed, contact the School Forest Program Manager for assistance.
When you meet with the school board, it will be beneficial to have a resolution ready for them to consider. Here are a few sample resolutions to review.
