Description: Bemis Hill Campground has two campsites and four horse campsites. All are considered "primitive," designed to furnish only the basic needs of the camper. Campsites consist of a cleared area, fire ring, and table. In addition, vault toilets, garbage cans, and drinking water is available.

Horse campground features: The four horse camp sites have tie rails, manure disposal, mounting areas, and a picnic shelter. Additional 15 horse trailer /truck parking is available across the road from the campground.

All sites are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Highlights: The campground also offers a winter sledding slope, a shelter, and access to snowmobile trails. There is good hunting and berry picking near the campground.
