BOW classes help you learn a particular skill. Some classes are designed for beginners while others are designed to hone your existing skills. Our online calendar is loaded with instructive activities that you, your friends and family will enjoy.

BOW's women's weekend workshops are the best place for women (and girls age 14 and up) new to the outdoors to begin their journey. These weekends are filled with a variety of outdoor skill classes, evening programs, campfires and fun! Registration opens a few months prior to the fall and winter workshops.

Family skills webinars

Family skills webinars are part of the Minnesota DNR's outdoor skills and stewardship series, which provides women and families with relevant information on upcoming hunting and fishing seasons as well as skill-building instruction so you can enjoy these opportunities.

Cancelation policy: Classes registered through the DNR can be canceled up to 30 days before for a full refund. Registrants who do not cancel 30 days before the event will be assessed the full program fee. When registering for classes through a cooperating agency, please follow the cooperating agency's cancelation policy.
