Comments: Abundant panfish make Beaver Lake a great place to fish. If the fishing pier is crowded, try fishing from the shore structures north of the pier.  Beaver Lake is stocked regularly with Channel Catfish. A shoreline restoration was conducted in 2004 to stabilize the eroding shoreline. Shore fishing stations were incorporated into the restoration to provide angler access. A survey was conducted in July 2010.

NOTICE: Some dead fish were observed at ice-out on Beaver Lake. Live fish were also observed indicating that only a partial winterkill was occuring. Channel Catfish and Bluegill will be resotcked in the spring and other game species as they are avaialble to stock.
