Best Practices for Meeting DNR General Public Waters Work Permit GP 2004-0001

This manual has been developed for meeting Attachment A: Additional Conditions for Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) General Public Waters Work Permit (GP) 2004-0001, issued to Mn/DOT for the repair or reconstruction of culverts, bridges, or stormwater outfalls impacting Public Waters. When applicable, this manual is to be used in the same manner as Mn/DOT manual series for the design and construction of transportation projects. The DNR recommends information contained in this manual be incorporated into the plans and specifications for proposed projects.
