On the water? Wear a life jacket

Water temperatures are increasing around the state but remain dangerously cold. Anglers, boaters, and paddlers who head out should prioritize their safety by wearing a life jacket. It's the best way to ensure an unexpected fall in the water doesn't turn tragic.

Horse trails open May 1

Equestrians! Most state horse trails are now open, but some may delay due to wet conditions. Make sure you know the trail is open, and pick up your 2024 Horse Pass before you load. It’s required for all riders over 16, and it helps fund horse trails and facilities.
