Minnesota's waters, natural lands, and diverse fish and wildlife habitats are conserved and enhanced.

Measures:

Acres of public lands stewarded by the DNR

Number of acres of private land protected with woodland stewardship plans

Number of river and stream restoration projects connecting and or improving aquatic habitats and stream function

Number of species in greatest conservation need

Percent of DNR land management units where the locations of known terrestrial invasive species have been mapped

Population trends of key fish and wildlife species
