Located south of Upper Red Lake in the northern Minnesota County of Beltrami, the Kelliher ATV Trail uses mostly local government unit roads, including minimum maintenance and narrow scenic routes through both farm country and forests. This area of Minnesota has many bogs. The map set identifies a popular stretch of this trail where it passes through an old growth pine forest. This trail is provided by Beltrami County and maintained by the Tri County Dirt Devils.
