Martineau Recreational Trails

Martineau Recreational Trails

Found in the Paul Bunyan State Forest in northern Minnesota, these trails are made up of multiple loops, providing miles of single-track OHM trails including tight, wooded technical trails for more experienced riders and miles of smooth trails for beginners. Plan at least a day to ride and explore. The trails are provided by Hubbard County and maintained by Paul Bunyan Forest Riders Motorcycle Club.

When open

A portion of the trail will be closed for forest management activities. This is a small portion of trail south of the trailhead parking lot west of Hwy 64. and east of road 0016A. A timber sale is opening on Forest Road 0015B which will impact the ATV and OHM trails from the Martineau parking lot to Spur 2 forest road. The closure will be on Monday through Friday but will be open for use on the weekends. We expect this will last from mid-September to mid-October.

Normal season:
