Steps to join via meeting link

2. When prompted, select “Continue on this browser” or choose “use the Teams app.” You may use the Teams app if you prefer, but it is optional. 

3. Enter your name when asked. 

4. Click “Join now”.

5. You will enter the meeting lobby. Please wait: an organizer will admit you as soon as possible.

• You do not need the Microsoft Teams app to join. You can join directly from your web browser. Microsoft recommends either the Chrome or Edge browser for Teams meetings. • 

• Depending on meeting security settings, you may be asked to enter your email to receive a one-time passcode for verification.
