Public meeting access options 

Members of the public can observe the first meeting of the advisory council using one of the two options below. 

Option 1: Public Access Microsoft Teams meeting link

Steps: 

  1. Click the Public Access Microsoft Teams meeting link. 

  2. When prompted, select "Continue on this browser" or choose "use the Teams app." 

    1. Some devices will require you to download the Microsoft Teams app.

    2. If you are continuing in browser, Microsoft recommends either the Chrome or Edge browser for Teams meetings.

  3. Enter your name when asked. 

  4. Click "Join now". 

  5. You will enter the meeting lobby. Please wait: an organizer will admit you as soon as possible. The public meeting begins at 1:30. 

Depending on meeting security settings, you may be asked to enter your email to receive a one-time passcode for verification. 

Option 2: Join by phone (audio only) 

You may join by phone without using a computer. 

Steps:
