Comments: LeMay offers a quiet shorefishing setting that is very inviting to anglers. Aquatic vegetation can become dense by midsummer, so give this lake a try in the spring. The 2009 DNR fish survey found a good population of very nice sized Largemouth Bass and abundant but small Crappie and Bluegill.
NOTICE: Winterkill has occurred on LeMay Lake in 2014 based on observations of dead fish on the shoreline, the extent is unknown at this time. The Fishing in the Neighborhood Program will be working to restock this lake and will also be conducting the scheduled survey in August 2014.
