Ingredients
- 1 lb crappie fillets
- 2 tbsp mayonaise
- 2-3 tbs Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 beaten egg
- ¼ cup bell pepper
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- Oil
- Hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients, making sure to break up any fish chunks until everything sticks together.
- Shape into patties with hands or small stainless steel cake rings.
- Boil or fry in oil for 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with hot sauce if desired.
