Ingredients

  • Walleye
  • Flour
  • Milk
  • Egg
  • Corn flakes
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder

  • Clean walleye and cut into strips.
  • Mix flour, seasonings, egg and milk into a batter and crush the corn flakes.
  • Dunk the fish into the egg mixture first then roll in the corn flake crumbs.
  • Heat oil and fry fish until golden brown.
  • Serve with optional tartar sauce.
