Ingredients
- Walleye
- Flour
- Milk
- Egg
- Corn flakes
- Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
Instructions
- Clean walleye and cut into strips.
- Mix flour, seasonings, egg and milk into a batter and crush the corn flakes.
- Dunk the fish into the egg mixture first then roll in the corn flake crumbs.
- Heat oil and fry fish until golden brown.
- Serve with optional tartar sauce.
